Monthly Madness

This last month seemed to have flown by, between our orders and planning we blinked and the month was gone.
As you may have seen on Facebook and via emails we will be changing the way the membership is run. Email versions will go to a log on   system in where they can use their website log on detail and ve able to access every theme at their finger tips, (this is currently being set up and should be ready by mid to late January) We have decided to do this so we can spend less time managing the system, and more time creating new products, and more planning ideas for you.
The difference will also be that some themes will technically have stages like transport 1 and transport 2, as we expand themes more to give you more ideas for you and the children in your care.
We will still have a monthly newsletter and in this we will let you know the new items that have been added to the website planning database. This might be the introduction of a whole new theme or several additions to current ones.
From your feedback we are also looking into type able PDF
Documents so you can add photos or text and hopefully print and email them to share with your parents.
Paper memberships will be contacted as the changes are different. We will notify you of the time left on the membership and the themes available, you can then choose which ones, we will print them, put them in a folder and send them out. This way you get more choice and more ideas at your fingertips, already set up and ready to go.

 

You asked for it !!

We have had lots of customers ask us over the last year or so if we would do more inclusive monthly packs. We have looked over this lots and we are currently deciding on a few different types. There will be a basic type pack that will include 4 art packs sent to your door every month for $20 a month (minimum term 6months).
 
We can tell you that there will also be themed packs as well. These will be able to be purchased separately or as a monthly send out.
We unfortunately will be winding down the pay by the month membership version, we are lucky that most customers are extremely wonderful, but we have had a few of late who have taken advantage of our program, signed up for memberships via monthly and received their yearly planner and then cancelled there membership. It is disappointing to have to change something because people are doing the wrong thing, but as this has happened a lot more as we grow we also need to put some basic policies in place to help protect us and help the business grow so we can continue to do what we love which is support educators in planning, ideas and easy to use products that save them both time and money.
There will be lots of changes over the coming months and also in this silly season, I find we are all stretched a little thin. I too have this problem. I have a special needs child transitioning into high school, and one starting kindy this year as well. As well as my very stable and beautiful middle child, still at primary school, so please bear with me and understand why I seem a little absent some days, lots of changes happening on the family and business front. I am trying my absolute best to keep everything flowing but like most things there is hurdles along the way.
 

Christmas Holiday's Closure

We are taking a short break over the Chirstmas period between December 20 to January 7th. Orders can still be placed through the website but won't be processed til after January 7 2013.
